Look Feel Be is fully committed to providing a secure website and shopping experience. We are committed to protecting your privacy. In accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 and the December 2001 amendments to the 'Act', any personal information collected through www.lookfeelbe.com.au or when visiting our store will be handled with the strictest of confidence; stored securely and never on-sold or shared with any third party.


Personal information

At Look Feel Be we may collect personal information from you at various points throughout the website visit and at the point of sale in order to finalise your purchase and ship goods to you. The information collected through this website remains the sole property of  Look Feel Be and will not be sold to or shared with any other organisation or third party. 


Credit Card information

No credit card information is stored by Look Feel Be. We choose to use independent third party; eway gateway and or paypal (you select) to ensure that all payment information and your online safety is secure.


Shipping and Handling

Look Feel Be delivers world wide. We use Australia Post Express Platinum satchels within Australia. This service requires your signature on delivery and is traceable. 


For international deliveries we use Australia Post International Air Mail which also require signature on delivery or Fedex.

Processing your order

Providing payment of your order processes successfully, orders placed between Monday to Friday 9am-5pm Australian Western Standard Time (AWST) will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt. 

If your order is placed over a weekend or national holiday period your order will be processed on the first business day following the holiday period. Orders will not be dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays or national public holidays. These orders will be processed and dispatched the following business day. 
Prior to order dispatch, goods are carefully inspected by your Look Feel Be team to ensure your items leave in perfect condition. Your goods are then carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in the exact same condition. In the event your goods arrive in a damaged or less than perfect condition, please notify us immediately by email to fun@lookfeelbe.com.au


Delivery Periods

For delivery within Australia, Look Feel Be on line purchases will be sent by Australia Post Express Platinum service which requires a signature on delivery. Please note that you must be available to sign for your package at the time of delivery, which will fall between the hours of 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

Important Delivery Information: Goods require a signature on delivery. Please ensure you nominate a suitable address so you can receive the goods once they arrive. If you nominate a business address, you will need to include the name of the company to ensure the courier can find you easily. 


We are unable to redirect goods once the order has been dispatched. In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, you will receive notification from the courier company and arrangements will be made to finalise delivery. If goods cannot be delivered and go unclaimed, they will be returned to Look Feel Be. If you require us to dispatch the package for a second time, you will be charged an additional shipping fee and the same guidelines (as above) apply to this new delivery. 
Order cut off and delivery time frames are provided as a guide only. We do not take responsibility for any unforeseen circumstances which may cause your delivery to be late. These include strikes, natural disasters and any other reasons beyond our control. 

Unfulfilled Orders

To minimise the risk of an advertised item being unavailable, we pride ourselves on keeping an up-to-date computerised inventory of all items stocked in our on line store. Our systems on rare occasions may indicate incorrect stock levels on screen and may result in the item being unavailable at time of purchase. Once a particular item, size or colour sells out, an automatic sold out note will appear next to the item immediately. 
If for any reason Look Feel Be is unable to fill your order, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and we will conduct a payment reversal if the transaction has been processed. We will do our best to offer an alternate product. 


Cancellation of Orders

As we endeavor to ship purchases as soon as possible after an order is received, we will only accept a cancellation by you if we receive written notice of your intention to cancel before the items have been dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to cancel your order and you must then follow our returns procedure and return the goods in new and unused condition to receive a refund for the sale amount. 


Sales Taxes/Handling Charges

For all merchandise purchased through Look Feel Be, a mandatory 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) is payable by Australian law. For all Australian residents or Australian shipping addresses, these duties/taxes of 10% GST will be included in your order subtotal and processed at the time of sale processing. 


For international customers this 10% tax will not be charged by Look Feel Be, however you will be liable to pay your own country's applicable import/duty taxes on receipt of your package. It is your sole responsibility to research these duty/taxes and you are liable to pay them on receipt of your packages.
